The staff was always available and breakfast was amazing! Helpfulness from the whole staff. Our double room was perfect and impeccable with very comfy beds. We enjoyed the crowded area around the hotel. Amazing views and nice garden.

The staff were peaceful, the breakfast was reasonably priced and everything was very clean. Room was absolutely stunning, well-organised. Easy check-in, late check-out.

The place was impeccably clean, I liked its location and atmosphere. They made my stay MAGNIFICENT. Unbelievable view of volcano. It was average, luxury bathroom.

Room was bright, functional and included climate control, Wi-Fi and 2 TVs. Glad that the weather was pleasant, so I could enjoy its nice pool. The beach was spectacular.

the room was original and original, it had facilities we needed. the bed here was comfortable. charming location, relatively near plaza de armas. the pool bar was cosy and the drinks were alcoholic.
